The ReDeRe model

The ReDeRe Model is a simple way to look at recruiting and deploying candidates.  It defines how we recruit, process, deploy, and retain or replace candidates around the world.

We have tried to simplify this process, because it is so complex.  Finding the right people to work around the world, then successfully deploying them around the globe, is tough work.  Passport issues are just the beginning. 

It's not like hiring a desktop support person who lives ten miles away for a marketing firm the next town over.  We're talking about hiring a contract manager who lives in Texas, and deploying him to work in Iraq, Afghanistan, Egypt, or hundreds of other locations around the globe.  Some are war zones, some are just hell holes.  Some are pretty nice places.  The REDER model looks at the specific pieces of recruiting, deploying and retaining/replacing candidates no matter where, no matter for how long.
